The theoretical coverage rate is 5m² per Litre at a Wet Film Thickness (WFT) of 200 microns (the thickness of a sheet of paper), however practical application rate tends to be less (approximately 4m²) due to variables including distance from target, wind conditions and the skill level of the operator.
